To abide in Christ’s love is to remain rooted in the same divine love that the Son shares with the Father. This is not sentimental but sacrificial—a love that was obedient even unto death, and calls us to follow in its steps.

Practical Practice

To abide in Christ’s love today, choose one simple act: Keep one of His commandments with intention and love. Start by forgiving someone—even if it’s hard. Let that forgiveness be your offering of love to Christ.
